职位描述:
岗位职责:
1.integrated within the sales organization of vw/daimler customers, the sales manager is
responsible for the sales development for two or above or parts of this account (program, serial
life, acquisitions).
2.develop in-depth intimacy with customer contacts (purchasing, engineering, programs) :
3.prepare and check/validate the commercial offers to answer on due time to the
customer requests :
4.manage a team of sales engineers/ manage a team of sales manager(senior) :
5.responsible for on-time / on-profit customer ecrs (“engineering changes requests”)
negotiation
6.detailed understanding of piece price, tooling and d&d impact
7.follow the variable cost margin of the products
8.coordinate or take directly in charge the commercial productivity proposals with a
detailed understanding of squeeze management

1.fluent in english and if necessary in the customer language
2.very broad functional knowledge and depth understanding of business expertise
3.strong competencies in relationship management, and negotiation
4.comfortable with financials
5.good communication and presentation skills, and capacity of empathy
6.business international mindset
7.accountable and results oriented – get the things done
8.team player and ability to work in a matrix organization
9.perspective the whole market of auto parts industry and opportunity
